How to Submit a Deletion Request
Follow these steps to request deletion of your account:
- Fill in the form below with the same email address you used in the app and, if possible, your phone number and optional account ID.
- Click Generate email request. Your mail app will open with a pre‑filled message.
- Review the details and send the email. We will verify your identity and complete deletion, usually within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted
Once we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:
- Your AgriVerse login account stored in Firebase Authentication (email, hashed password, optional display name).
- Profile information shown inside the app that is linked to your Firebase account.
- Any records in Firebase that can be clearly linked to your email, phone number, or account ID.
- Any plant‑diagnosis or AI‑assistant history that is stored with a persistent identifier.
Data We May Keep Temporarily
Even after your account is deleted, some limited data may be retained for a short period:
- Security and legal logs – minimal records needed to protect our services or comply with law (for example, records of a deletion request) may be kept for up to 30 days before being deleted.
- Backups – your data may remain in encrypted system backups until those backups are overwritten on our regular rotation schedule (normally within 30 days).
- Aggregated statistics – de‑identified analytics that do not allow us to identify you personally may be kept to understand app usage and reliability.
